only after a gross pattern abuse over TOU

a few points here

being an SI Admin is not an easy job, but it is their job

both Bob and Jeff have been more than fair with me in all our dealings

and although I do understand their reluctance to discuss publicly the reasons for a suspension, I do think they should have discourse with the suspended party

in this case I think JLA could have opened their eyes as to what was really going on
