As to double taxation of dividends.

How about not taxing corporate income that is distributed as dividends, and continue to tax the dividend income people receive?

This way corporations have more money to invest, provide jobs, etc. Plus higher stock prices since the EPS figures should be higher.

Much simpler to administer, no consequential problems of having billionaires pay no tax. Only one tax, not a double tax.
