Cheryl-- Well, I don't really think we can expect the financial markets to be "fair" in the conventional sense. Though things do tend to sort themselves out. But they are an oligarchy--the shots tend to be called, most of the time, by a few powerful people in a few powerful places. A few, at any rate, compared to the rest of us. Maybe "plutocracy" would be a better word... Janice
