well Jeff focused on SPX 60-min RSI from end of today to 9/30/2002, and see only one RSI reading lower than the 12 yesterday, and that was 12/30.
The 16 at the close of today still extremely low.
So you still have odds in your favor.
The lowest 60-min reading since 9/30/2002 by RQT measure of RSI for SPX that occurred on 12/30/2002 was 7 at 10:30am EST. The low for that hour going into 10:30am was 870.22, but the "rally" was only 12points to 882.xx(and on the next day we hit 869.43).
