I'm fairly amazed at software numbers here. Psft 30mm over estimates on the revenue side tonight. That is still down 5% from last year, but the climate for software last january was *very* strong. Last night we had upside in webmethods and JDAS (retail) also Henley from Oracle reiterated guidance.

CEOs are still underpromising and the jobs climate at least for software is bad, in 2002 they decided to prune to a no-growth environment and outsource. The big question is, is this a repeat of last year or are we finally launching to a new more robust growth period, with some 30% y/y revenue numbers for some of these companies.
