<< It is ludicrous to believe he is no threat to the United States ... >> I agree. Saddamn is an obvious threat. Iraq......Iran......North Korea, among others. All dealing with dangerous weapons and all supporting terrorist organizations. Can we avoid another direct hit on America? Should we be proactive, or should we wait until a significant attack against America, or one of our allies, before we take proactive action?
