You maintain the fetus has no soul. Further, you state that those who believe the fetus does have one should rejoice at having abortion because of the great benefit of sending that soul to Heaven. However, those who believe in a soul also believe in an invisible Creator of such an invisible entity. Therefore, they would automatically respect its existence and uphold its rights to protection under the law. They would not promote child murder at any stage whatsoever, because of conscience.

Again, I said that the fetus should be afforded the benefit of the doubt because a reasonable approach to a doubt, especially about such a weighty thing as this, is to err on the side of caution and respect.

No?
