"World Debt" will be another term for it, if they succeed, it'll be monetized throughout the world, by the rest of the world absorbing the costs of using the declining dollar as the reserve currency, the costs of military aggression, and control of oil reserves.

There's $1.1 trillion in Iraqi oil alone, to be dealt out to partners convinced that the US military rules the supply chain. Next are Saudi deals, which won't require direct attack, just the obvious threat, and that's another few trillion.

This would be all well and good if the Constitution said, "in order to form a more perfect Kleptocracy..."

Maybe the Bush crowd can't read, or weren't in school that day.
