He, as all conservatives, is ignoring the fact that there is tremendous uproar not only abroad, but here in the US as well, for Bush to take a breath and think carefully about this war.

Bush has been thinking carefully about this war for at least a year.

However, please cut conservatives some slack. Many don't feel it is appropriate to give foreign countries quite as much weight as liberals do. Lots of us feel that what other countries think is, frankly, secondary at best and perhaps totally irrelevent.

There does appear to be considerable support for the war in Iraq within America. It's like anything else -- turn loose the liberal politicians, allow the public to be manipulated by a liberal media, and they soon don't understand the facts. But when you pin them down, with a reasonable question, they come around. Polls are almost useless for this reason.
