Ritter finally speaks out about his arrest.

"The case was dismissed. Therefore it never happened," Ritter said Wednesday.
"I stood in a court of law, before a judge and an assistant district attorney, and they dismissed it," he added. . . . .
"I am deeply saddened [by all of the media attention]. Not by anything I've done though."

He appears to be in denial. "It never happened"? Sorry, Scott, that's a legal fiction. If you were found not guilty, they wouldn't have continued the case for good behavior while you went to counseling. Nope. They cut you a break because you didn't have a record.

But now you do.

And the whole world knows that your fantasy is jacking off in front of a young girl you picked up at a Burger King.

Eeeeeeewwwwww, gross.
