Richard, I am not the person to ask about investing in chps. I have been long in this stock for over two years and I have lived through two freefalls. I am somewhat disappointed in the stock and management. Having said that, I last added to my position at 10.5. The problem is chps is in a short term product drought. I suspect that the drought will end towards the end of the year. Their new products and partners are impressive.
This is not a sector for safe money, it is speculation in the highest degree. There are many positives about the company but it is unloved by the street. IMHO when it takes off, it will soar, the big question is when. I'm on record record for Dec as the time when this stock will awaken. However, someone posted a note that H&Q believes this sector will come alive in late fall. Me, I'm holding. Just my opinion good luck.
