I have to believe that Bush renominated him with the expectation of a grand rumble

We will have so much going on overseas by the time the Senate takes this up that I think it may get lost in the noise. Bush had gone out of his way to make nice with the Senate Dems last session, and thinks they really Dissed him. So his attitude now is "Take no Prisoners!"

Since we will never agree on the personalities involved, I think we will be able to find common grounds for a discussion in the technical aspects of the Politics involved. It won't really heat up until we get a Supreme nomination.

Speaking of Technical, I have not been able to find out how the Senate reorganized. Have you seen an article?
