I think Bush has done a remarkably efficient job of

destroying the U.S. economy but then again he has the most amazing crim garbage heap advising him.

Some of this garbage has been defrauding scams on America and the world since Nixon.

Capital flows where there's credible leadership with meaningful policies. That's the obvious reason why it will continue fleeing the U.S. I know it must seem a very novel concept to many Americans but outside of the U.S. serial liars, nutcases and criminals tend to lose credibility real fast.
