Hello David, <<... dilute the hell out of you ...>>

This is certainly a concern of mine when dealing with any stocks, emerging market or Silicon Valley market.

This is not a concern of mine in an illiquid stock of a company without a lot of liquid goodies to steal.

This will only be a concern once (a) the shares are highly liquid (thus desirable already) and ready to be looted, and/or (b) the underlying company has mucho real estate or cash or recoverable receivables, etc, and set to be pillaged.

I sense David is circling the cheese delicately balanced on an intricate spring-powered mechanism.

Come on David, do not be shy. Make a go at the enchilada. Ignore the perturbation shaking your chromo-lattice. Give in to the temptation, submit to the mania, surrender to the madness.

The problem with temptation, it is often said, is that it may not come around a second time ;0)

Besides a 100% total and absolute loss, what is the worst that can happen?

Chugs, Jay
