INAP's carrier-class SLA is a big deal. It helps make a clearer differentiation of INAP's service advantages that should help in selling to new customers and encouraging existing customers to expand their use of INAP services.

One of the big advantages is that it will make it easier for tech people to explain the advantages of adopting INAP to management. It will also nourish the high customer loyalty that INAP customers have shown -- based on their appreciation of superior service.
