I like the hospice approach for people who have an acceptance of their fate. I am a very big booster of hospice. The movement is a godsend. What I'm suggesting is IMO very close to hospice treatment where they give you enough morphine to kill your pain even if that quantity is a lethal dose. The inch further that I'm going is on behalf of someone who is not in enough physical pain to require a lethal dose of morphine or who is not near death, which is required for entry into a hospice, but who can no longer bear the circumstances of his life yet is not mobile enough to do the deed himself.
