Andrew,

Ok, let's put charting analysis (which I believe it's extrememtly valuable) aside for a moment and talk about fundamental of the company. I keep hearing people like yourself talking about SYSF is going to skyrocket...etc. It's very hard to convince me an unproved software could worth 500M+ of evaluation. Here are some very simple questions that I'd like to ask if someone can help me understand a little better.

1. Porduct/SystemWizard - this product has been in beta for at least three weeks, is there any feedback from the end-users such as DEC, Wang? Is it a real thing?

2. Competition - how difficult to enter this business? How long and how many engineers had SYSF spent to develop this product? Why company like MSFT, PTEC, Symantec, Award, Lotus... can not do it?

In PCMCIA, MSFT has supported PCMCIA in Win95 (FREE!) and will continue to support the lastest and greatest features such as Zoomed Video and 32-bit PC Card. Time will tell how long SYSF can still sell this product.

3. Profit Margin - I was in BIOS/driver business for years. The average sales price for BIOS and PCMCIA driver is around $1 per copy. Do you think $5-$12 per copy (SystemWizard) realistic? How long can it last?

4. P/E - Which business do you think SYSF is in? Why SYSF can sustain 100+ PE while PTEC is around 25? MSFT is 30-40.

Any comment appreciated!

Good Luck!

ChiTao
