I'd agree, except that it's really more than just the "war" scenario. While that has had a damper on the broad market, I think there are alot of reasons why the broader market is slumping, and it isn't just from war talk.

What ORCL needs to get to 17 is for the broad market to make a move, so it gets the rising tide in addition to the momentum it creates on its own.
