John: First of all there are no " musts here". Secondly, there is more reliability on the technical side to cube at this point than on the fundamental side. Cube is a big question mark fundamentally, from a long term perspective. For one thing, their management has made some big mistakes in the most recent past. Secondly, intense competition in the industry can give a small cap like Cube big problems. More specifically, if Intel and or Microsoft ever get serious about a viable software solution for DVD, Cube goes down to single digits. Short term or technically speaking, Cube is going into the 30's, possibly low 40's or maybe even 50. Thirdly, I'm a value investor, not a momentum player. I've already made some nice money on Cube. Fundamentally speaking, this is life, and the marketplace changes as rapidly as the technicals do for a company. |
