I was just messing around in Excel and thought that I would post some useless numbers that are a half-assed attempt at looking at the POG leverage of various miners. The number basically represents the ounces of gold production per quarter "owned" with a $1000 investment. It is calculated by taking the gold production for the quarter, divided by the number of outstanding shares, divided by the current share price, and multiplied by 1000.

Notes: all figures are based on quarterly reports ending Sept 2002.
