Looked back quickly & I didn't see a discussion on VICL... VICL has around $6 in cash per share. Approx 20 million shares outstanding. 118 million in Cash. & is trading close to $3...at what appears to be supportive. stockcharts.com Granted there is the recent cloud that passed over the sector but my guess is many unaffected by the halts will bottom & trade up on their own merits...guessing of course.
