The meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 2120 Main Street, Irvine, CA. Topics of discussion will be an update and progress report on the Company's retail rollout, its manufacturing agreements, and results of its financial audit. Shareholders interested in a trial of the Company's 800 MHz CDMA cell phone will also be able to do so at the meeting. The board of directors has set Thursday, January 23, 2003 as the record date for the shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the meeting.
