Shane, I did look at the UPS Office for $169 after rebate.
I have almost the same protection with what I bought.
Office Pro has 3 outlets with backup power and 3 more without.

While in the store (Fry's) I saw they had some unknown brand
'power protection strips' for zero cost after rebate! The
manufacturer must count on most people not sending in the
rebate slip. I wouldn't use a strip like that if they paid me.
