You would think so, especially since Chambers also seems to have some clout in Washington.

BTW, a not to Lizzy. I also read that Cisco is suing for an impoundment of all Huawei routers and switches that have infringed on Cisco IP, as well as suing for all the profits made on that gear. I bet they'll get it too, considering the evidence they have gathered. The article I read said that some of the bugs in the code and the user manuals were identical. Oh, and last, but not least, they are suing in the U.S. against Huawei's U.S. subsidiaries. Sounds pretty much like an open and shut case to me. At least they'll be able to pre-empt Huawei from making progress by stealing in the U.S. Maybe not much help for Cisco in China, but at least Huawei can't do it here.
