Hi Mind:

I assume that you are you in agreement with how I characterized the accounting for share based payments to employees and share based payments for Capex below? In addition, are you in agreement that if a company purchases Capex with stock options, that accounting rules would require the company to value the stock options and show an actual dollar amount for the Capex investment on the investment part of the cash flow statement? If you have links or comments regarding accounting rules that would suggest otherwise, please let me know.
