Why don't they tell us about the financial reasons behind France and Germany's reluctance to join the USA openly. Or is that detail unimportant? What are the financial reasons for Germany not participating? France has never been a real reliable ally and has a large Muslim population so their position does not surprise me. I hear from the anti-war crowd constantly how Bush and his buddies are lining their pockets (if we go to war) - who's pockets get lined by not going to war? Seems a fair question to me. I hope Bush and his cronies are not into for the oil. I know oil plays some role in this mess but I don't believe Bush is lining his pockets. ted
