On a more depressing note: Dow Jones Business News Schering-Plough/Kogan: Includes $13M Cash Severance Thursday January 23, 11:02 pm ET KENILWORTH, N.J. (Dow Jones)--Schering-Plough Corp. said Chief Executive Richard Jay Kogan will receive about $50 million in connection with his upcoming retirement. <snip> The 2001 quarter included a $500 million charge as part of an expected settlement relating to manufacturing problems. Sales fell to $2.37 billion from $2.46 billion. I wonder how much he would have gotten if he had done a good job... Peter
