QUALCOMM's accounts are fake! Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP auditors have signed their name as though they are a person. There is nobody called Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP working there. They should print their name, not hand write it above the printed name as though they are signing it.

If somebody signed it, then their name should be on there, not "Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP" in signature form.

See page 57 for the fake signature under "Report of Independent Accountants". qualcomm.com

On page 37 you'll see that actual people by the names of Dr. Irwin Mark Jacobs and Anthony S. Thornley have actually signed the document. It's not signed "QUALCOMM Inc" in handwriting, above QUALCOMM Inc printed script. I think we can therefore trust Irwin Jacobs and Tony Thornley more than Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP.

Therefore, I move that we ditch having Independent Accountants wasting time and spend the money on inventing radioOne-powered Globalstar cyberphones.

Now all we need is an announcement of $1 a share dividend and we're in business. Microsoft's pathetic dividend announcement was laughed off the boards. They might as well save the paperwork. Sending people a cheque for $21.35 or so isn't going to be impressive.
