At this point, I'm holding just in case they can turn it around. At the current price it's as good as zero to me since I only have 500 shares (purchased at a considerably higher price, though).

Maybe I can recoup some on the lawsuit (fat chance). The way it ought to work is that all principals of the company go broke paying off shareholders that lost their investment. It seems that no one in a position of responsibility should walk away with a net profit (including salary) if the value of the company has declined so drastically on their watch.
