In this country, it is the one that most vocally insists that all other religions and agnostic viewpoints are wrong in public fora (such as this venue or that on Sunday AM). Ask a fundamentalist if they think Mormons are Christian. Or Jehovah's Witnesses. Or Catholics. They don't based upon their myriad interpretations of dogma.

Buddhists don't really make them selves a target because no orthodox Buddhist would torture someone into belief. If it wasn't for the inflammatory rhetoric that was already being aimed at them in this country, the parody would be extended to other groups, I'm sure. There were some references to Scientologists which are certainly not Christian. I just don't think it would have been as funny to as many people if it focussed upon Sihks, Jews and Muslims. Atheists, to me, are just as much a victim of their belief as others who cling to dogma. Agnosticism is the only sensible position, because we really DON'T know. A-gnostic - not knowing.

Sarcastic humor has its socially acceptable limits. You don't generally make jokes at the expense of people who are already marginalized. That's why there isn't a lot of "homeless humor" in social settings.
