THE AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE carried an interesting article on why many Europeans will not back the US on Iraq.

To put it simply -- Iraq under Saddam Hussein has never done them any harm in the past and intends no harm in the future. Three cheers for a continent where the Zionist lobby does not determine foreign policy and common sense prevails.
