Ben - In the conference call Modoff of DT asked whether the more rapid deployment of WCDMA in Mid 2004 was due to end of "phase 4 testing". Irwin replied "right". Can you explain how "phase 4 testing" fits into the standards process and why Irwin is hopeful this will produce a viable WCDMA standard? Tom
