I bought some shares on the decline that occurred two days ago. The stock dropped about 10% on no news.

Two days later, we have news stories from the Wall Street Journal about how the US Attorney is stepping up pressure on the case.

Seem to me that somebody knew these articles were coming and leaked information that was traded on. I doubt that the SEC is concerned, however.
