You probably won't find such a site, in my opinion because the term "float" is so imprecise. How exactly do you define "the float"? Is it stock held by persons and entities other than insiders and institutions? If so, what is the point of the distinction? We all know that insiders and institutions sell (and buy) stock all the time, often more frequently than individual holders. So I have always thought that the whole concept of "the float" was flawed and of little use.
