all this could have been avoided if dems did not allow osama to go free,,,clinton would have given promised tax cuts in 98 when the market started to erode, I GUESS AN OVERALL VIEW IS IF DEMS HAD NO POWER THEY WOULD NOT HAVE DESTROYED WHAT REAGAN/BUSH CREATED
