Monday July 21 9:46 AM EDT RESEARCH ALERT - Magnum Hunter started NEW YORK, July 21 (Reuter) - BT Securities said it initiated coverage of Magnum Hunter Resources Inc with a buy rating and a 12-month price target of 7-7/8. It seemed to be a positive sign, however, stock price remain fairly flat around 5 1/2. Any opinions on why? Regards, Jeff
