LOL. Yes, they would. That's the problem with the desert approach. One may not have to allow for a trip to Arabia, but one would still have to be able to walk or drive to find a desert equivalent. That means one would have to make the trip prior to the point where one's circumstances had deteriorated to the point of being ready to die. That's a terrible shame. That's why people need someone to assist them, because when they're ready, they may no longer be able. Denying people the opportunity to make the trip to the desert with assistance will mean for some that they have to make it early to avoid getting stuck later. It is more respectful to the sanctity of life, IMO, if we make it easy for people to live as long as they still want to and their body let's them.
