no war this year because the economy will not be good in '04 and '04 is an election year. they'll save the slaughtering for the election because we don't have the attention span to have two wars in two years and can't handle the body bags inherent in a war that lasts two years.

if the war talk hadn't worked so well in the mid-term it might be a different story but...it did work.

don't forget, this administration is full of Nixon retreads...
