Did you read the Pre 14A that Xybr just filed with the SEC? It is very bearish for the stock. They are increasing the number of common shares from 30k to 40K and preferred shares from 5K to 6K to raise money from unsuspecting gullible investors while simultaneously diluting the value of their existing shareholders' stock. They also restructured their board to make it very difficult to oust the insiders who now control the board. Any shareholder revolt can't oust a majority of the board in less than 2 years, because of this ammendment.

Has anyone ever seen a press release from Xybr which talks about receiving AN ORDER FROM A CUSTOMER? They sign VAR agreements and "place" units with customers, but I haven't seen any evidence that they actually receive money from these placements and VAR agreements.
