Daschle's proposals also includes a $300 cut per child (up to 2), tax breaks to help small businesses afford health insurance premiums and aid for an estimated 1 mln jobless people who have exhausted their unemployment benefits. He also proposed a credit for businesses investing in broadband high-speed Internet equipment. Cheers
