I decided not to buy LUKN at 5.0 because I didn't know how to analyze this from the 10K. I understand that the debt is to the owners, and not to a bank (who might shut the company down to collect), so I imagine the due date might be pushed back ? Also the cash flow statement didn't look good to me, but I don't take my first accounting class until Fall semester.
