The whole handling of the case suggests a lack of concern re. the seriousness of the matter. The issue of racism is serious. The evidence for the charge against Pickering is not. In fact, it is very serious. Its this lapse in honesty/integrity/responsibility I have seen no evidence for such a lapse either by Pickering or by the majority of his defenders. That's apparent but are his defenders or you very objective? Conservatives are right when they want to be right no matter the evidence. I have an open mind about things but if you want me to change my mind you have to provide real evidence. No one has done that about Pickering yet. You may think its open but from this side it looks pretty closed. The evidence, while not damning, is sufficient enough to put into question his ability to be a fair and objective judge. That's all it takes for me.......and that's all it should take for you. ted
