Here's more from Charlie Flynn that I got today. Do you know anything about this? his email address is: cflynn@ican.net

>>I can explain this for you, since I wrote it. Ron, the man who originally started this column is a CFO of a credit union in Salmon Arm and knows one of the originators of this technology and also one of the three people who put this together, Bill Laird.

Bill Laird has a long history of working with two other individuals, Bill Krebs and Jean Paul Langlais. Jean Paul Langlais is an infamous stock promoter in Canada and has had at least two other aliases and now I noticed a third. He writes into this thread under the name Paul Andrelan, his other two are John Harris and Paul Neeld. He has never ever had anything except deals that crash and burn and that's the reason he always changes his name and runs away. His last deal was a company called Sunburst MC Ltd on the Canadian OTC market, it was going to develop the "bleeding edge" (his words) technology that would revolutionize the way people access the Internet, a set top box. Well after people invested millions of dollars in the shares and hundreds of thousands in private placements it collapsed and he walked away and went back to work with Bill Krebs and Bill Laird in an OTC shell called Channel i USA, which is now, you guessed it Waverider.

Krebs and Langlais also had two other companies together recently, Pacific Western Capital and C.T.&T., the first was going to be the next MCI or Sprint when Canada deregulated the telephone industry, well it never quite made it, but they sure did, the second one was going to be the next A.T.&T., in local access and guess what that crashed and burned as well. The only surprise out of these two ventures, which both ran up on millions of shares and raised over $15,000,000.00 between them, is they both lost investors millions, but made the promoters, Krebs' and Langlais millions. Something starting to sound familiar. In both of the adventures, Krebs created the shares and Langlais handled the promotion, on the first one Pacific Western they raised over $7,000,000 on one trip to Switzerland and these lucky investors have yet to see one
cent return on their investment, as a matter of fact Krebs sold his modest West Vancouver home and bought an estate shortly after that on Salt Spring Island, which boasts more millionaires per square mile than anywhere else in Canada. I was told by the accountant of the firm, that Krebs put his wife down as a consultant and paid her over $500,000.00 per year.

Now, how do I know all of this, well I was the guy that found the shell called Sunburst for Mr. Langlais after having known him for about six years or so and believed his story of the set top box and in doing so also got him the shell inadvertently on the NASDAQ OTC called Waverider today. I was paid a finders fee for arranging this and am happy to be out of the picture, however when I see the con game being played by these guys with news releases that are UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least and bordering on the outright sleazy hype that has occasioned many other
of these hypes, it is too much to take. If they have good technology then why do they have to claim a company with no facilities to
manufacture and no marketing team to speak of has all of a sudden pulled off a contract of this magnitude, just so the promoters can sell stock that they bought at cheap prices and double their money before the game
ever even starts. It is wrong and many many millions have been lost on this type of hype and garbage, let them hold their shares until the company produces a profit or at least shows bottom line over ten million in receipted money and I would be impressed. No, as Mr. Langlais often states, "The patient (investors or company) may die, but the Doctor (himself) will live very well in Westmount (a very exclusive part of Montreal, the city he resides in now). I have told him personally he should be stopped from this type of blatant activity and I will let any one know that I see or speak to or email to, that he has never ever suceeded in doing anything positive yet, so what is different this time and if it is, let him wait for the price earnings ratio to reflect his performance and his reward.

I have much more information, but will reserve it, when I can get my check to SI, so that I too can comment and not like Mr. Langlais using an alias, Paul Andrelan, I will use my own name and email address, so I
will be accountable for what I say.

Thanks Ron,
Ben
