Every crowd is unlike us in some way or another. But even if more rather than less familiar, if you are attacked, it is unpleasant.

I see no reason why person A has the right to insult person B while claiming the right to deny person B to respond, when the only basis for the difference is race or gender or sexual orientation or some similar quality. Doesn't matter what their circumstances.
