Rande A real education with your message. Enjoy the live music with your wife. I will be hanging out with my friends at a restaurant with jazz in the D.C. suburbs-------the delight here is that one never knows who will get up during the jazz trio's break and perform. And, the talent is astounding. I am committed to helping bring live music to people. Even if it is so simple as getting a guitar player or harp player to play for an evening dinner. You are right about the private parties----this is where the $ are. Requires marketing to get into the network for private parties. Latin /jazz is a good combination---wish you well if you follow your heart on this. I am helping some friends secure occassional playing opps.----fantastic jazz----going back to the big band style through just taking a melody and moving with it. I have not looked at the stockmarket from the point of companies investing in Music. So you have peaked my interest here. mj
