Matthew, I was drawn to this company because of its great financial ratios as published in the June 6/97 issue of Investor's Digest - all compare very favourably against other companies in their sector.

The stock price at the time was $1.75. I'll include the numbers for Midland Walwyn and Marleau Lemire whose stocks were trading at $14 and $6.10 at the time. The ratios for the latter two are included in parentheses:

- Price to Cash Flow: 4.76 (6.80, ?)
- Price to Book Value: 1.72 (1.81, 0.71)
- Price to Sales: 0.37 (0.67, 1.08)
- Price to Earnings: 5.15 (10.53, ?)
- Cash Flow to Debt: 0.56 (0.31, 0.02)
- Return on Invested Capital: 40.59% (19.04%, 0.21%)
- EBIT per share: 0.53 (2.75, 0.02)

These seem like really good numbers but I can't tell you why the stock price is at the current levels.
