A19: You're right...IMO, Colin Powell should be more persuasive and help Bush see the wisdom of adopting a true multi-lateral approach....Complete support must be built with MANY stakeholders before a war should be initiated (that's assuming the war is really 'justified'). Colin Powell is THE ONLY TOP ADMINISTRATION OFFICIAL TO HAVE EVER FOUGHT IN A MAJOR WAR -- he understands what it really is like and must realize that its not prudent for our country to launch a 'pre-emptive strike' without substantial U.N. support.

I really feel we are in need of a leader like John Kerry -- this becomes much more apparent all the time...Look at how the U.S. is viewed overseas right now...There's LOTS of room for improvement.
