Good point, Just Observing! And it's not as if the US doesn't the power, influence and wealth to line up lots of nations for what can only be construed as a major action. That fact so little support exists for what Bush is trying to do is pitiful. Pitiful not so much as the support doesn't exist--after all, there's good reason for it not to be there--but pitiful that Bush presses on.

As I understand it, he's got Britian (which actually wants UN backing); Australia (which actually wants UN backing) and the Eastern European countries. That's it! Ironic, his Coalition of the [K]Willing comes from the Eastern European nations. And it's this fact that has Rumsfeld hung up on a notion of "old Europe." If this gang keeps it up in a manner in which it becomes widely perceived they can't shoot straight, there will be a new Europe and one less reliant on America. How's that gonna grab the US economy?

IMPEACH BUSH NOW--WHY WAIT!?!
