Bush defrauded this war on congress and the American People. He deliberately withheld information about N-Korea's nuclear program. For this he should be fired along with all his garbage. But these days systematic incompetence by the "right" scams has been actively rewarded. We see it on all fronts not least in the stock market. Buy the right garbage and you'll waltz happily away with zillions after defrauding your company into the ground and wiping out investors, creditors and pension funds.
