To be fair, though, Cramer has a little room to talk on those kinds of scores. He's been run through the SEC wringer at least three times, been exonerated every time, and had exactly zero fun in the process.

I think the fact that TSCM is not only still around in 2003, but has very quietly moved closer to profitability than bankruptcy in a poor economy says a few things, too.
